* ellenőrzi hogyha van egy opcionális query paraméter `q` névvel (azaz `http://127.0.0.1:8000/items/foo?q=somequery`) `GET` kérések esetén.
    * Mivel a `q` paraméter `= None`-al van deklarálva, ezért opcionális.
