## Giriş

Başkalarının daha önceki çalışmaları olmasaydı, **FastAPI** var olmazdı.

Geçmişte oluşturulan pek çok araç **FastAPI**'a ilham kaynağı olmuştur.

You only need to do this **once per project**, not every time you work.

To create a virtual environment, you can use the `venv` module that comes with Python.

And if you update that local FastAPI source code when you run that Python file again, it will use the fresh version of FastAPI you just edited.

That way, you don't have to "install" your local version to be able to test every change.
