## Declare scopes in *path operations* and dependencies { #declare-scopes-in-path-operations-and-dependencies }

Now we declare that the *path operation* for `/users/me/items/` requires the scope `items`.

For this, we import and use `Security` from `fastapi`.

## `PATH`-Umgebungsvariable { #path-environment-variable }
