| what is allowed in the field. | | o validators: there could be several levels of validation. Simple type validation could | be done with a regex, but we need inter-field validation and rules which could be | dealt with by something like drools. | | o i18n: would be good to be able to have names/descriptions/specifications

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.30.md
([#121720](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/121720), [@aojea](https://github.com/aojea)) - A deprecated flag `--pod-max-in-unschedulable-pods-duration` was initially planned to be removed in v1.26, but we had to change this plan. We found [an issue](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/110175) in which Pods can be stuck in the unschedulable pod pool for 5 min, and using this flag is the only workaround for this issue.

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.4.md
* if the new state is "partialDisruption" or "fullDisruption" we call a user defined function that returns a new QPS to use (default 1/10 of the default rate, and the default rate respectively), * if the new state is "normal" we resume normal operation (go back to default limiter settings), * if all zones in the cluster are in "fullDisruption" state we stop all evictions.
