#### Output to dirs

The output of the manifest is concatenated into a single file. To generate a directory hierarchy with subdirectory
levels representing a child dependency, use the following command:

```bash
istioctl manifest generate -o istio_manifests
```

Use depth first search to traverse the created directory hierarchy when applying your YAML files. This is needed for

kubectl -n minio create secret generic minio-trusted-certs --from-file=public.crt --from-file=keycloak.crt
```

If TLS is not enabled, you would need only the third party CA:

kubectl -n minio create secret generic minio-trusted-certs --from-file=keycloak.crt
```

Following is a sample directory structure for MinIO server with TLS certificates.

```

You can provide a custom certs directory using `--certs-dir` command line option.
