### Collecting Logs

#### Using `istioctl`/helm

- Set: `values.global.logging.level="cni:debug,ambient:debug"`
- Inspect the pod logs of a `istio-cni` Daemonset pod on a specific node.

#### From a specific node syslog

The CNI plugins are executed by threads in the `kubelet` process.  The CNI plugins logs end up the syslog

of `text/plain` containing JSON data would be accepted and the JSON data would be extracted.

But requests with content type `text/plain` are exempt from [CORS](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS) preflights, for being considered [Simple requests](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS#simple_requests).         By default, Keras always writes the logs to stdout. However, this is not
        optimal in a non-interactive environment, where you don't have access to
        stdout, but can only view the logs. You can use
        `tf.keras.utils.disable_interactive_logging()` to write the logs to ABSL
