All the cgo CPPFLAGS and CFLAGS directives in a package are concatenated and
used to compile C files in that package. All the CPPFLAGS and CXXFLAGS
directives in a package are concatenated and used to compile C++ files in that
package. All the CPPFLAGS and FFLAGS directives in a package are concatenated

to operands that are <i>comparable</i>.
The ordering operators <code>&lt;</code>, <code>&lt;=</code>, <code>&gt;</code>, and <code>&gt;=</code>
apply to operands that are <i>ordered</i>.
These terms and the result of the comparisons are defined as follows:

Vendoring in std and cmd
========================

The Go command maintains copies of external packages needed by the
standard library in the src/vendor and src/cmd/vendor directories.

There are two modules, std and cmd, defined in src/go.mod and
src/cmd/go.mod. When a package outside std or cmd is imported
by a package inside std or cmd, the import path is interpreted
as if it had a "vendor/" prefix. For example, within "crypto/tls",

Any value of comparable type may be canonicalized with the new
`Make[T]` function, which produces a reference to a canonical copy of
the value in the form of a `Handle[T]`.
Two `Handle[T]` are equal if and only if the values used to produce the
handles are equal, allowing programs to deduplicate values and reduce
their memory footprint.
