The new type [KeepAliveConfig] permits fine-tuning the keep-alive
options for TCP connections, via a new [TCPConn.SetKeepAliveConfig]

## How the configuration works

We use Kotlin portable DSL to store TeamCity configuration, which means you can easily create a new pipeline
based on a specific branch. Currently, we have two pipelines: `master` and `release`, but you can easily create
and test another isolated pipeline from any branch. 

Register an _application_ interceptor by calling `addInterceptor()` on `OkHttpClient.Builder`:

1. When `GenerateSecret` is called, the `SecretManager` is expected to return a new certificate. This can occur in a few ways.
   1. The most common method (pictured above) is to sign a new certificate by calling the configured CA. Typically, this is Istiod.
