### Kustomize Updates in Kubectl

[Kustomize](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize) version in kubectl had a jump from v2.0.3 to [v4.0.5](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/98946). Kustomize is now treated as a library and future updates will be less sporadic.

### Default Container Annotation

    *   boosted trees: adding pruning mode.
    *   tf.train.Checkpoint does not delete old checkpoints by default.
    *   tfdbg: Limit the total disk space occupied by dumped tensor data to 100
        GBytes. Add environment variable `TFDBG_DISK_BYTES_LIMIT` to allow
        adjustment of this upper limit.
