# 폼 데이터

JSON 대신 폼 필드를 받아야 하는 경우 `Form`을 사용할 수 있습니다.

## `Form` 임포트하기

`fastapi`에서 `Form`을 임포트합니다:

Starlette (و **FastAPI**) بر پایه <a href="https://anyio.readthedocs.io/en/stable/" class="external-link" target="_blank">AnyIO</a> هستن، که باعث می‌شه با کتابخونه استاندارد پایتون <a href="https://docs.python.org/3/library/asyncio-task.html" class="external-link" target="_blank">asyncio</a> و <a href="https://trio.readthedocs.io/en/stable/" class="external-link" target="_blank">Trio</a> سازگار باشه.

Here we'll see an example using <a href="https://sqlmodel.tiangolo.com/" class="external-link" target="_blank">SQLModel</a>.

**SQLModel** is built on top of <a href="https://www.sqlalchemy.org/" class="external-link" target="_blank">SQLAlchemy</a> and Pydantic. It was made by the same author of **FastAPI** to be the perfect match for FastAPI applications that need to use **SQL databases**.

Esto sigue siendo soportado gracias a **Pydantic**, ya que tiene <a href="https://docs.pydantic.dev/latest/concepts/dataclasses/#use-of-stdlib-dataclasses-with-basemodel" class="external-link" target="_blank">soporte interno para `dataclasses`</a>.

Isso ainda é suportado graças ao **Pydantic**, pois ele tem <a href="https://docs.pydantic.dev/latest/concepts/dataclasses/#use-of-stdlib-dataclasses-with-basemodel" class="external-link" target="_blank">suporte interno para `dataclasses`</a>.

ただし、ブラウザのクライアントに表示させたいカスタムヘッダーがある場合は、<a href="https://www.starlette.io/middleware/#corsmiddleware" class="external-link" target="_blank">StarletteのCORSドキュメント</a>に記載されているパラメータ `expose_headers` を使用して、それらをCORS設定に追加する必要があります ([CORS (オリジン間リソース共有)](cors.md){.internal-link target=_blank})
