-   `echo "*"`: 將在終端中「顯示」文本 `*`（接下來的部分會對這個操作進行一些修改）
-   `>`: 使左邊的指令顯示到終端的任何內容實際上都不會被顯示，而是會被寫入到右邊的檔案中
-   `.gitignore`: 被寫入文本的檔案的名稱

而 `*` 對於 Git 來說意味著「所有內容」。所以，它會忽略 `.venv` 目錄中的所有內容。
