Define a file parameter with a type of `UploadFile`:

Using `UploadFile` has several advantages over `bytes`:

* You don't have to use `File()` in the default value of the parameter.
* It uses a "spooled" file:
    * A file stored in memory up to a maximum size limit, and after passing this limit it will be stored in disk.

        There is always *some* alternative to adding a new feature to Guava, even if it's just
        forking Guava yourself.


        We want to see that new features have some significant advantage over the alternatives.
        These advantages can take
        [many forms](https://github.com/google/guava/wiki/PhilosophyExplained#utility), but taking

        ShareEnumIterator it = new ShareEnumIterator(parent, entries.iterator(), null);

Fakat, Python tipleri ile tanımlandıkları zaman (yukarıdaki örnekte `int` oldukları gibi), parametreler o tiplere dönüştürülür ve o tipler çerçevesinde doğrulanırlar.
