# Security Policy

## Supported Versions

We always provide security updates for the [latest release](https://github.com/minio/minio/releases/latest).
Whenever there is a security update you just need to upgrade to the latest version.

## Reporting a Vulnerability

All security bugs in [minio/minio](https://github,com/minio/minio) (or other minio/* repositories)
should be reported by email to ******@****.***. Your email will be acknowledged within 48 hours,

 * appropriate primitive specialization such as {@code IntSupplier}) instead whenever possible.

The `Union` in `Union[str, None]` will allow your editor to give you better support and detect errors.

## Additional validation

We are going to enforce that even though `q` is optional, whenever it is provided, **its length doesn't exceed 50 characters**.

### Import `Query` and `Annotated`

To achieve that, first import:
