Enhanced APIs for using OkHttp on Android.

At the moment, this will mostly likely only be useful for fastFallback.

OkHttp DNS over HTTPS Implementation
====================================

This module is an implementation of [DNS over HTTPS][1] using OkHttp.

## Prerequisites

Please make sure the following packages are already installed via `dnf` or `apt`: 

- `tuned`
- `curl`

### Install `tuned.conf` performance profile

#### Step 1 - download `tuned.conf` from the referenced link

#### Step 2 - install tuned.conf as supported performance profile on all nodes
