둘은 동등하며 내부적으로도 같습니다. 하지만 단어 "optional"은 값이 선택 사항이라는 인상을 주는 반면, 실제 의미는 "값이 `None`이 될 수 있다"는 뜻입니다. 값이 선택 사항이 아니라 여전히 필수인 경우에도 그렇습니다.

`Union[SomeType, None]`가 의미를 더 명확하게 드러낸다고 생각합니다.

이는 단지 단어와 명칭의 문제입니다. 하지만 이런 단어가 여러분과 팀원이 코드를 어떻게 생각하는지에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
