Regular Reads will block until data is available, but not wait for a full buffer. 
Writes will block until there is space available and writes bigger than the buffer will wait for reads to make space.

`TryRead` and `TryWrite` are still available for non-blocking reads and writes.

The async profiler is neat because it does not suffer from the safepoint
bias problem. And because it makes pretty flame graphs!

  - If the error says "Context Parameter 'Branch' missing", it's ok. Click into the error and add a context parameter `Branch` with value `myTestBranch`. Go back and it automatically reloads.
  - If there are any errors, read the error and fix your code.
  - IMPORTANT NOTE: if the first import fails, you have to select and apply `Synchronization disabled`, then repeat the step above.
