#### Merging pull requests ####

На самом деле **FastAPI** не является альтернативой **Requests**.
Их область применения очень разная.

В принципе, можно использовать Requests *внутри* приложения FastAPI.

Но всё же я использовал в FastAPI некоторые идеи из Requests.

**Requests** - это библиотека для взаимодействия с API в качестве клиента,

MinIO server allows to throttle incoming requests:

- limit the number of active requests allowed across the cluster
- limit the wait duration for each request in the queue

These values are enabled using server's configuration or environment variables.
