3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this

import, and otherwise transfer the Work, where such license applies only to 

that are necessarily infringed by their Contribution(s) alone or by combination
of their Contribution(s) with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was
submitted. If You institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work or a
Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct or contributory

      Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.

Recipient a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free patent license under Licensed
Patents to make, use, sell, offer to sell, import and otherwise transfer the
Contribution of such Contributor, if any, in source code and object code form.
This patent license shall apply to the combination of the Contribution and
the Program if, at the time the Contribution is added by the Contributor,

      Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.

1.11. "Patent Claims" of a Contributor

    License, by the making, using, selling, offering for sale, having
