- hyperkube: Use debian-hyperkube-base@v1.1.0 image
  
    A previous release built hyperkube using the debian-hyperkube-base@v1.0.0,
    which was updated to address a CVE in the CNI plugins.
    
    A side-effect of using this new image was that the networking packages
    (namely `iptables`) drifted from the versions used in the kube-proxy images.
  
    The following issues were filed on kube-proxy failures when using hyperkube:

 * will return {@code true} for many domains which (currently) are not hosts, such as {@code "com"},
 * but given that any public suffix may become a host without warning, it is better to err on the
 * side of permissiveness and thus avoid spurious rejection of valid sites. Of course, to actually
 * determine addressability of any host, clients of this class will need to perform their own DNS
 * lookups.
