    * Jeżeli nie jest, odbiorca zobaczy przydatną, przejrzystą wiadomość z błędem.
* Sprawdzi czy w ścieżce jest opcjonalny parametr zapytania `q` (np. `http://127.0.0.1:8000/items/foo?q=somequery`) dla żądania `GET`.
