Durable Local Storage Management is Now GA ([#121](https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/issues/121#issuecomment-457396290))

- Makes locally attached (non-network attached) storage available as a persistent volume source.
- Allows users to take advantage of the typically cheaper and improved performance of persistent local storage

- All kubectl run generators have been deprecated except for run-pod/v1. This is part of a move to make `kubectl run` simpler, enabling it create only pods; if additional resources are needed, you should use `kubectl create` instead.     specifically bugging me now because they make the action graph harder to
    analyze programmatically. By using aliases here, we would need to handle
    potentially aliased go_binary targets and dereference to the effective
    target.
  
    The comment references an issue with `pure = select(...)` which appears
    to be resolved considering this now builds.
