TensorFlow via the command `import tensorflow as tf`.

The primary function of this module is to import all of the public TensorFlow

## MinIO configuration YAML

MinIO now supports starting the server arguments and configuration via a YAML configuration file. This YAML configuration describes everything that can be configured in a MinIO setup, such as '--address', '--console-address' and command line arguments for the MinIO server.

The recommended way to handle the *startup* and *shutdown* is using the `lifespan` parameter of the `FastAPI` app as described above. If you provide a `lifespan` parameter, `startup` and `shutdown` event handlers will no longer be called. It's all `lifespan` or all events, not both.
