cat <<EOF There was a path found connecting //tensorflow/tools/pip_package:build_pip_package to a banned CUDA dependency when '--define framework_shared_object=false' is set. This means that a CUDA target was probably included via an is_static condition, used when targeting platforms like Windows where we build statically instead of dynamically. Here's the output from bazel query: EOF

SECURITY.md
### Model sharing If the multitenant design allows sharing models, make sure that tenants and users are aware of the security risks detailed here and that they are going to be practically running code provided by other users. Currently there are no good ways to detect malicious models/graphs/checkpoints, so the recommended way to mitigate the risk in this scenario is to sandbox the model execution.

docs/en/docs/advanced/openapi-webhooks.md
# OpenAPI Webhooks There are cases where you want to tell your API **users** that your app could call *their* app (sending a request) with some data, normally to **notify** of some type of **event**. This means that instead of the normal process of your users sending requests to your API, it's **your API** (or your app) that could **send requests to their system** (to their API, their app). This is normally called a **webhook**. ## Webhooks steps

with Java. We spent a lot of time and energy on retaining strict compatibility with OkHttp 3.x. We’re even keeping the package name the same: `okhttp3`! There are three kinds of compatibility we’re tracking: * **Binary compatibility** is the ability to compile a program against OkHttp 3.x, and then to run

* needed. * * A single spinlock ("busy") is used for initializing and * resizing the table, as well as populating slots with new Cells. * There is no need for a blocking lock; when the lock is not * available, threads try other slots (or the base). During these * retries, there is increased contention and reduced locality, * which is still better than alternatives. * * Per-thread hash codes are initialized to random values.
