2. Running the CI scripts locally, as explained below
3. **Google employees only**: Google employees can use an internal-only tool
called "MLCI" that makes testing more convenient: it can execute any full CI job
against a pending change. Search for "MLCI" internally to find it.

The user setting up replication needs *s3:GetReplicationConfiguration* and *s3:GetBucketVersioning* permission on the source cluster. We do not recommend running root credentials/super admin with replication, instead create a dedicated user. The access credentials used at the destination requires *s3:ReplicateObject* permission.

    E.g. `pip install python-multipart`.

    This is because **OAuth2** uses "form data" for sending the `username` and `password`.

 *  Fix: Don't crash when running as a plugin in Android Studio Canary 4.1. To enable
    platform-specific TLS features OkHttp must detect whether it's running in a JVM or in Android.
    The upcoming Android Studio runs in a JVM but has classes from Android and that confused OkHttp!
