src/README.vendor
copies of a package at different versions if the package is imported normally and vendored by the standard library. Vendored packages are internally renamed with a "vendor/" prefix to preserve the invariant that all packages have distinct paths. This is necessary to avoid compiler and linker conflicts. Adding a "vendor/" prefix also maintains the invariant that standard library packages begin with a dotless path element.

CONTRIBUTING.md
* As every PR requires several CPU/GPU hours of CI testing, we discourage submitting PRs to fix one typo, one warning,etc. We recommend fixing the same issue at the file level at least (e.g.: fix all typos in a file, fix all compiler warnings in a file, etc.) * Tests should follow the [testing best practices](https://www.tensorflow.org/community/contribute/tests) guide. #### License

``` !!! tip All this might seem contrived. And it might not be very clear how is it useful yet. These examples are intentionally simple, but show how it all works. In the chapters about security, there are utility functions that are implemented in this same way.
