대부분의 표준 헤더는 "마이너스 기호" (`-`)라고도 하는 "하이픈" 문자로 구분됩니다.

그러나 파이썬에서 `user-agent`와 같은 형태의 변수는 유효하지 않습니다.

따라서 `Header`는 기본적으로 매개변수 이름을 언더스코어(`_`)에서 하이픈(`-`)으로 변환하여 헤더를 추출하고 기록합니다.

Typically HTTP headers work like a `Map<String, String>`: each field has one value or none. But some headers permit multiple values, like Guava's [Multimap](https://guava.dev/releases/23.0/api/docs/com/google/common/collect/Multimap.html).
