### Feature

- Added 3 new metrics for monitoring async API calls in the scheduler when the `SchedulerAsyncAPICalls` feature gate was enabled:
    - `scheduler_async_api_call_execution_total`: tracks executed API calls by call type and result (success/error)
    - `scheduler_async_api_call_duration_seconds`: histogram of API call execution duration by call type and result

   * between elements will be made, but the order in which those pairs of elements are passed to the
   * consumer is <i>not</i> defined.
   *
   * <p>Note that many usages of this method can be replaced with simpler calls to {@link #zip}.
   * This method behaves equivalently to {@linkplain #zip zipping} the stream elements into
   * temporary pair objects and then using {@link Stream#forEach} on that stream.

Any other utility function that you call directly can be created with normal `def` or `async def` and FastAPI won't affect the way you call it.
