docs/en/docs/tutorial/background-tasks.md
By only using `BackgroundTasks` (and not `BackgroundTask`), it's then possible to use it as a *path operation function* parameter and have **FastAPI** handle the rest for you, just like when using the `Request` object directly. It's still possible to use `BackgroundTask` alone in FastAPI, but you have to create the object in your code and return a Starlette `Response` including it.

docs/en/docs/advanced/custom-response.md
#### Using `StreamingResponse` with file-like objects { #using-streamingresponse-with-file-like-objects } If you have a file-like object (e.g. the object returned by `open()`), you can create a generator function to iterate over that file-like object. That way, you don't have to read it all first in memory, and you can pass that generator function to the `StreamingResponse`, and return it.Registered: Sun Sep 07 07:19:17 UTC 2025 - Last Modified: Sun Aug 31 09:15:41 UTC 2025 - 12.2K bytes - Viewed (0) -
