On the request path, the *outermost* middleware runs first.

On the response path, it runs last.

MockWebServer for JUnit 4

This module integrates mockwebserver3.MockWebServer with JUnit 4.

To use, first add this library as a test dependency:

Then in tests annotated `@org.junit.Test`, you may declare a field with the `@Rule` annotation:

## When decommission is 'Complete'

Once decommission is complete, it will be indicated with *Complete* status.  *Complete* means that now you can now safely remove the first pool argument from the MinIO command line.
