CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.20.md
Note that as a new builtin command, `kubectl debug` takes priority over any `kubectl` plugin named “debug”. You will need to rename the affected plugin. Invocations using `kubectl alpha debug` are now deprecated and will be removed in a subsequent release. Update your scripts to use `kubectl debug` instead of `kubectl alpha debug`!

CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-1.26.md
- Fixed a bug where CEL expressions in CRD validation rules would incorrectly compute a high estimated cost for functions that return strings, lists or maps. The incorrect cost was evident when the result of a function was used in subsequent operations. ([#119810](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/119810), [@jpbetz](https://github.com/jpbetz)) [SIG API Machinery, Auth and Cloud Provider]

construction of deterministic nonces. The nonce must be 96 bits, the // first 32 bits must be an encoding of the module name, and the last 64 bits // must be a counter. The starting value of the counter is set on the first call // to Seal, and each subsequent call must increment it as a big-endian uint64. // If the counter reaches the starting value minus one, Seal will panic. // // This complies with FIPS 140-3 IG C.H Scenario 3. func NewGCMWithCounterNon(cipher *aes.Block) (*GCMWithCounterNonce, error)...
