# CI Pipeline Configuration

## Open & import the project

In your IDEA, `File` - `Open`, select `.teamcity/pom.xml`, `import as project`, and you'll have a Maven project.

## Project structure

Mostly a standard Maven project structure. The entry point `settings.kts` defines the TeamCity project.

There are 3 subprojects in the TeamCity project hierarchy: `Check` for Gradle builds, `Promotion` for releasing Gradle versions, `Util` for miscellaneous utilities.

**FastAPI** créera l'objet de type `BackgroundTasks` pour vous et le passera comme paramètre.

## Créer une fonction de tâche

Une fonction à exécuter comme tâche d'arrière-plan est juste une fonction standard qui peut recevoir des paramètres.

Elle peut être une fonction asynchrone (`async def`) ou une fonction normale (`def`), **FastAPI** saura la gérer correctement.

## `GZipMiddleware` { #gzipmiddleware }

Handles GZip responses for any request that includes `"gzip"` in the `Accept-Encoding` header.

The middleware will handle both standard and streaming responses.

## Check the username { #check-the-username }

Here's a more complete example.

Use a dependency to check if the username and password are correct.

For this, use the Python standard module <a href="https://docs.python.org/3/library/secrets.html" class="external-link" target="_blank">`secrets`</a> to check the username and password.

 all of the models that you specify are collected to produce a lineage and then the super model is place at
 the top of that lineage to provide default values.

 The super model is where we place all the values which we believe to be standard, values that can be shared and
