The <code>DATA</code> directives for a given symbol must be written with increasing offsets.

The <code>GLOBL</code> directive declares a symbol to be global.
The arguments are optional flags and the size of the data being declared as a global,
which will have initial value all zeros unless a <code>DATA</code> directive
has initialized it.

    * This is useful while calling external services, performing costly computation, etc.
    * This also means that if a dependency was declared as a *path operation decorator* dependency, possibly at the router level (with `.include_router()`) and then it is declared again in a specific *path operation*, the dependency will be called only once.

 *  Fix: Release the connection if `Authenticator` throws an exception.
 *  Fix: Change the declaration of `OkHttpClient.cache()` to return a `@Nullable Cache`. The return
    value has always been nullable but it wasn't declared properly.
 *  Fix: Reverse suppression of connect exceptions. When both a call and its retry fail, we now
    throw the initial exception which is most likely to be actionable.
