- The `generate_groups.sh` and `generate_internal_groups.sh` scripts from the `k8s.io/code-generator` repo are deprecated (but still work) in favor of `kube_codegen.sh` in that same repo. * The GitRepo volume type is deprecated. To provision a container with a git repo, mount an `EmptyDir` into an `InitContainer` that clones the repo using git, then mount the `EmptyDir` into the Pod's container.
