### SIG Storage

Sig Storage graduated two features that had been introduced in previous versions and introduced three new features in an alpha state.

now `NamespaceLifecycle,LimitRanger,ServiceAccount,PersistentVolumeLabel,DefaultStorageClass,DefaultTolerationSeconds,MutatingAdmissionWebhook,ValidatingAdmissionWebhook,ResourceQuota,StorageObjectInUseProtection`. Please note that if you previously had not set the `--admission-control` flag, your cluster behavior may change (to be more standard). - The resource version option, when passed to a list call, is now consistently interpreted as the minimum allowed resource version.  Previously when listing resources that had the watch cache disabled clients could retrieve a snapshot at that exact resource version.
