* Add support for WebSockets with dependencies and parameters.
    * Support included for:
        * `Depends`
        * `Security`
        * `Cookie`
        * `Header`
        * `Path`
        * `Query`
        * ...as these are compatible with the WebSockets protocol (e.g. `Body` is not).

complements the original file-based storage and allows integration with multiple KMS. A Google Cloud KMS plugin was added and will be usable once the Google side of the integration is complete.
