Fan-Out uploads are automatically enabled if `x-minio-fanout-list` form-field is provided with the PostUpload API, to keep things simple higher level APIs are provided in our SDKs for example in `minio-go` SDK:

## Test the setup

event notifications using the [`event` sub-command](https://min.io/docs/minio/linux/reference/minio-mc/mc-event-add.html). At the start of a release development cycle, the contents of `next` should be deleted
and replaced with those of `initial`. From the repo root:

    > cp -r initial/* next

Then edit `next/1-intro.md` to refer to the next version.

To prepare the release notes for a release, run `golang.org/x/build/cmd/relnote generate`.
