Errors returned by [driver.Valuer] implementations are now wrapped for
improved error handling during operations like [DB.Query], [DB.Exec],

depends on functionality of the <i>imported</i> package

and enables access to <a href="#Exported_identifiers">exported</a> identifiers
of that package.
The import names an identifier (PackageName) to be used for access and an ImportPath
that specifies the package to be imported.

Use caution when passing '-u' to 'go get'. The '-u' flag updates

provided it can be proved that <code>*shared</code> will not fault on access,
because the potential added read will not affect any existing concurrent reads or writes.
On the other hand, the rewrite would not be valid in a source-to-source translator.
