### Starting and Stopping Containers

To start a stopped container, you can use the [`docker start`](https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/start/) command.

docker start <container_id>
```

To stop a running container, you can use the [`docker stop`](https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/stop/) command.

## Set bucket quota configuration

### Set a hard quota of 1GB for a bucket `mybucket` on MinIO object storage

```sh
mc admin bucket quota myminio/mybucket --hard 1gb
```

- *MINIO_NTP_SERVER* environment variable can be set to remote NTP server endpoint if system time is not desired for setting retention dates.

Prometheus supports a bearer token approach to authenticate prometheus scrape requests, override the default Prometheus config with the one generated using mc.
