- Makes locally attached (non-network attached) storage available as a persistent volume source.

### Promoted Local Ephemeral Storage Capacity Isolation to Stable

* Fix issue of colliding nodePorts when the cluster has services with externalTrafficPolicy=Local ([#64468](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/64468), [@nicksardo](https://github.com/nicksardo))

  It specifies if the cluster internal traffic should be routed to all endpoints or node-local endpoints only.
  "Cluster" routes internal traffic to a Service to all endpoints.
  "Local" routes traffic to node-local endpoints only, and traffic is dropped if no node-local endpoints are ready.
