The new type [KeepAliveConfig] permits fine-tuning the keep-alive
options for TCP connections, via a new [TCPConn.SetKeepAliveConfig]

as well as when the CC environment variable is unset and the default
C compiler (typically gcc or clang) cannot be found on the system PATH.
You can override the default by setting the CGO_ENABLED
environment variable when running the go tool: set it to 1 to enable
the use of cgo, and to 0 to disable it. The go tool will set the
build constraint "cgo" if cgo is enabled. The special import "C"
implies the "cgo" build constraint, as though the file also said

Suppose a function <code>G</code> defers a function <code>D</code> that calls
<code>recover</code> and a panic occurs in a function on the same goroutine in which <code>G</code>
is executing.
When the running of deferred functions reaches <code>D</code>,
the return value of <code>D</code>'s call to <code>recover</code> will be the value passed to the call of <code>panic</code>.
If <code>D</code> returns normally, without starting a new

library packages begin with a dotless path element.

The module requirements of std and cmd do not influence version
selection in other modules. They are only considered when running
module commands like 'go get' and 'go mod vendor' from a directory
in GOROOT/src.
