*   `tf.config.experimentalVirtualDeviceConfiguration` has been renamed to

  - `serviceName` -> `service.name`
  - `servicePort` -> `service.port.name` (for string values)

  - `pathType` no longer has a default value in v1; "Exact", "Prefix", or "ImplementationSpecific" must be specified
