A <code>Pointer</code> is a <a href="#Pointer_types">pointer type</a> but a <code>Pointer</code>
value may not be <a href="#Address_operators">dereferenced</a>.
Any pointer or value of <a href="#Core_types">core type</a> <code>uintptr</code> can be
<a href="#Conversions">converted</a> to a type of core type <code>Pointer</code> and vice versa.

### Taints and Tolerations
