## Share `Annotated` dependencies { #share-annotated-dependencies }

Addresses specify a webserver (like `github.com`) and all of the **static** configuration necessary to connect to that server: the port number, HTTPS settings, and preferred network protocols (like HTTP/2).

ADRs can be written by any team.
Like code, they should be reviewed by any other relevant teams.
The goal is not to *own* a decision, but to *share* it with other teams, and improve the build tool together.

### Format

The format for ADR should follow this template:

## Caveat { #caveat }

If you need to perform heavy background computation and you don't necessarily need it to be run by the same process (for example, you don't need to share memory, variables, etc), you might benefit from using other bigger tools like [Celery](https://docs.celeryq.dev).
