A future version of Go may change the defaults to
`tarinsecurepath=0` and `zipinsecurepath=0`.

Go 1.20 introduced automatic seeding of the
[`math/rand`](/pkg/math/rand) global random number generator,
controlled by the [`randautoseed` setting](/pkg/math/rand/#Seed).

  interpolation for file-based activation is limited to <<<$\{basedir}>>> (which was introduced in Maven 3 and is not deprecated
  in this context) and <<<$\{rootDirectory}>>> (introduced in Maven 4), system properties and user properties.

  Values are evaluated in sequence from different syntaxes:

* Be careful when using features introduced in Java 1.7 or later. Some parts of Gradle still need to run on Java 6.
* Normalize file paths in tests. The `org.gradle.util.internal.TextUtil` class has some useful functions for this purpose.

- Introduced new apiserver metric `apiserver_flowcontrol_current_inqueue_seats`. This metric is analogous to `apiserver_flowcontrol_current_inqueue_requests`, but tracks the total number of seats, as each request can take more than one seat.
