### 2. Create a sample OPA Policy

In another terminal, create a policy that allows root user all access and for all other users denies `PutObject`:

- Follow the on screen wizard

- On the Capacity Tier screen, check the box to Extend scale-out backup repository capacity with object storage checkbox and select the object storage.
