Before FastAPI 0.118.0, if you used a dependency with `yield`, it would run the exit code after the *path operation function* returned but right before sending the response.

This change also meant that if you returned a `StreamingResponse`, the exit code of the dependency with `yield` would have been already run.

*   Added an Mfcc op for speech feature generation.
*   Improved DirectSession::Run() overhead and error checking. Feeding a value
    of the wrong type will now synchronously raise an INVALID_ARGUMENT error
    instead of asynchronously raising an INTERNAL error. Code that depends on
    the (undefined) behavior when feeding a tensor of the wrong type may need to
    be updated.
