### Breaking Changes

The TensorBoard dependency is no longer included by default. If you use `tf.summary.*` APIs or `tf.keras.callbacks.TensorBoard`, please install the `tensorboard` package separately (`pip install tensorboard`). Otherwise, TensorFlow will raise an ImportError.

### Known Caveats

These last **three consecutive releases** are independent so that you can **migrate gradually**:

* First to FastAPI `0.68.2`, with no breaking changes, but upgrading all the sub-dependencies.
* Next to FastAPI `0.69.0`, which upgrades Starlette to `0.15.0`, with AnyIO support, and a higher chance of having breaking changes in your code.

### Expanded CLI support for debugging workloads and nodes

SIG CLI expanded on debugging with `kubectl` to support two new debugging workflows: debugging workloads by creating a copy, and debugging nodes by creating a container in host namespaces. These can be convenient to:
