Define a file parameter with a type of `UploadFile`:

Using `UploadFile` has several advantages over `bytes`:

* You don't have to use `File()` in the default value of the parameter.
* It uses a "spooled" file:
    * A file stored in memory up to a maximum size limit, and after passing this limit it will be stored in disk.

You may run builds and tests against different versions of Python sequentially
on the same machine by simply switching the value of `HERMETIC_PYTHON_VERSION`
between the runs. All the python-agnostic parts of the build cache from the
previous build will be preserved and reused for the subsequent builds.

In this case, this `__call__` is what **FastAPI** will use to check for additional parameters and sub-dependencies, and this is what will be called to pass a value to the parameter in your *path operation function* later.

**FastAPI** will use that *temporal* response to extract the headers (also cookies and status code), and will put them in the final response that contains the value you returned, filtered by any `response_model`.

You can also declare the `Response` parameter in dependencies, and set headers (and cookies) in them.
