api/README
go1.txt (and similarly named files) are frozen once a version has been shipped. Each file adds new lines but does not remove any. except.txt lists features that may disappear without breaking true compatibility. Starting with go1.19.txt, each API feature line must end in "#nnnnn" giving the GitHub issue number of the proposal issue that accepted the new API. This helps with our end-of-cycle audit of new APIs.

Requirements ------------ OkHttp works on Android 5.0+ (API level 21+) and Java 8+. OkHttp depends on [Okio][okio] for high-performance I/O and the [Kotlin standard library][kotlin]. Both are small libraries with strong backward-compatibility. We highly recommend you keep OkHttp up-to-date. As with auto-updating web browsers, staying current with HTTPS clients is an important defense against potential security problems. [We

* JUnit test case you are running under. To avoid failing in the face of an exception regardless * of JUnit version, implement a {@link SloppyTearDown} instead. * * <p>tl4j details: For backwards compatibility, {@code junit3.TearDownTestCase} currently does * not fail a test when an exception is thrown from one of its {@link TearDown} instances, but * this is subject to change. Also, {@code junit4.TearDownTestCase} will. *

/// info In Pydantic v1 the method was called `.dict()`, it was deprecated (but still supported) in Pydantic v2, and renamed to `.model_dump()`. The examples here use `.dict()` for compatibility with Pydantic v1, but you should use `.model_dump()` instead if you can use Pydantic v2. /// That would generate a `dict` with only the data that was set when creating the `item` model, excluding default values.
