release is the work on moving internal APIs that the vSphere provider depends upon to staging to guarantee API stability. This work is being done in conjunction with SIG Cloud Provider and includes the creation of a brand new vsphere-csi plugin to replace the current volume functionalities in-tree.

- The minimum value validation of ReplicationController's `replicas` and `minReadySeconds` fields have been migrated to declarative validation. The requiredness of both fields is also declaratively validated.

                Each key is the original dependency callable, and the value is the
                actual dependency that should be called.

                This is for testing, to replace expensive dependencies with testing
                versions.
